Methods. 14-3-3η autoantibodylevelsweremeasuredusinganelectrochemiluminescentmultiplexed assayin500subjects(114disease-modifyingantirheumaticdrug-naivepatientswithearlyRA,135 withestablishedRA,55healthy,70autoimmune,and126othernon-RAarthropathycontrols).14-3-3η proteinlevelsweredeterminedinanearlieranalysis.Two-tailedStudentttestsandMann-WhitneyU tests compared differences among groups.
