From this date the patient gradually made progress towards recovery, the wound healed was discharged on 21st March with a depression up, and he in the middle of the forehead. Treatment.?Purgatives, cold application on the head ; poultice ; carbolic oil, dressing, &c. Remarks.?The absence of any cerebral symptoms and the youth of the patient were the only recommendations for not elevating the depressed fragment of the bone. Probably the outer table was only fractured and depressed.
