A two-year-old boy had a suprapubic mass which did not change with urethral catheterization. His hemoglobin was 14 Gm. and blood urea nitrogen 8 mg. per 100 ml. A pelvic mass was present on the plain film of the intravenous pyelogram. There was delayed visualization of the kidneys after injection of the contrast medium. Bilateral hydronephrosis was demonstrated on later films (Fig. 1). Cystography showed multiple lobulated radiolucent, filling defects of varying size, occupying the entire lower portion of the bladder (Fig. 2). These masses which had the appearance of a cluster of grapes were visualized during cystoscopy. Total cystectomy and prostatectomy were done, and urinary diversion was accomplished by means of bilateral ureteroileosigmoidostomy. A large tumor occupying almost the entire interior of the bladder was found (Fig. 3). Histologic
