Introduction The term agminated nevi refers to a condition in which multiple nevi are grouped together in a circumscribed area of normal skin. Such clustering of nevi has been reported in melanocytic nevi, both congenital and acquired nevi, blue nevi, and Spitz nevi.1 Here, we report an unusual case of agminated congenital melanocytic nevi (ACMN) in which patches of vitiligo developed in the background of agminated nevi. Case report A 5-year-old boy was brought to our clinic by his parents with complaints of multiple depigmented patches over his body that had appeared over the course of the previous year.
