An 82-year-old woman had complaints of snoring, excessive daytime sleepiness, and sleep-disordered breathing after undergoing successful neurosurgery to control normal pressure hydrocephaly. The patient was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) after undergoing full-night polysomnography (PSG). The PSG showed an obstructive sleep apnea–hypopnea index of 56 events/h and a lowest oxygen saturation of 83%. No central sleep apnea was observed.
