CORRIGENDUM RNA 21: 360–374 (2015)

Corrigendum: Relationship between nucleosome positioning and progesterone-induced alternative splicing in breast cancer cells CAMILLA IANNONE, ANDY POHL, PANAGIOTIS PAPASAIKAS, DANIEL SORONELLAS, GUILLERMO P. VICENT, MIGUEL BEATO, and JUAN VALCÁRCEL

When describing Flux capacitor (the tool developed by our colleagues Micha Sammeth and Roderic Guigo to analyze RNA-Seq data) in the above-mentioned paper, the authors mistakenly introduced an incorrect link. Most unfortunately, the link introduced was to a blog of a detractor of the flux capacitor tool. This can be found on page 371, second column, paragraph 1, where the references should have been provided as http://flux.sammeth.net; Montgomery et al. (2010). REFERENCE
