Correction
For the article by Lu and colleagues, “Successful treatment of pegaspargase-induced acute hepatotoxicity with vitamin B complex and L-carnitine,” which appeared in the January 2016 issue of Baylor University Medical Center Proceedings (29:46–47), a dose was reported incorrectly. The L-carnitine dosage should be listed as “750 mg intravenously every 4 hours (50 mg/kg/day)” instead of “75 mg/kg every 4 hours” as originally reported.
