We report a rare complication following blunt thoracic trauma. Following a road traffic accident, the patient sustained a right intrathoracic migration of fractured humerus head
through the chest cavity (Fig. 1). The injury was treated with a thoracoscopic approach (Fig. 2) and sequential humerus prosthesis implantation.
