s part of a routine examination for periodontal treatment, a panoramic film was taken of a 2%year-old Caucasian woman. The radiograph revealed macrodontia of the mandibular left first premolar. There may be slight enlargement of the contiguous and opposing cuspid, but not nearly to the same extent. True macrodontia of a single tooth is uncommon in
