Primary structures of transplantation antigens The complete primary structure of a murine H-2K b molecule has recently been described by Nathenson and colleagues 1. Partial sequences for several other H-2 molecules are known, and in the human system nearly complete primary sequences are available for HLA-B7 and HLA-A2 molecules 2.
