Abstract Purpose: To present the results of rheolytic pharmacomechanical thrombectomy (PMT) for the management of acute limb ischemia (ALI) as reported in the PEARL Registry (PEripheral Use of AngioJet Rheolytic Thrombectomy with a variety of catheter Lengths).
