Summary The inflllence of polymorphonllclear leukocytes (PMNL) and macrophage plasma, nllclei and Iysosome l'xtracts have been tested on Iymphocytes and fibroblasts growth in vitro. The stimulatory activity of P:\IXL lysosomes has been shown on lymphocyte and fibroblast growth. The macrophage IYHoSOml'S have shown a similar but lower activity. The role of lysosomes has been suggested in reparation and wound healing processes, presumably in inflammatory cell infiltrated regions.
