I am proud and delighted to present the third issue of case studies for Cardiac Electrophysiology Clinics. We are indeed fortunate to have contributing authors who are both expert electrophysiologists and superb teachers. I am also indebted to the Section Editors for their tireless work and diligence. I am happy that the case presentation format allows the reader to match wits with the experts and remains an important and exciting educational tool. I hope the readers agree, and I
